1. Cabinet has agreed to Government taking a 35% stake in a consortium set up to take over the assets and liabilities of Illovo Group Holdings Ltd. in Mon Tresor Mon Desert Ltd. (MTMD).
The terms and conditions of Government’s participation in the consortium will be the subject of a formal agreement in due course.
