1. Cabinet has considered the Report of the Task Force on the Health Sector and, taking into account current development in that Sector, has decided that the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life should prepare a White Paper on Health Sector Development and Reform which would be made public in order to enable wide discussions thereon before consideration by Government.
